NOTICE

TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE

CITIES OF BATTLE CREEK AND SPRINGFIELD

AND THE

CHARTER TOWNSHIPS OF BEDFORD AND PENNFIELD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Michigan Election Law, Public Act 116 of 1954, section 720j(10) (amended), that the February 27, 2024 Presidential Primary Early Voting Closing Board will convene to canvass the early votes for the cities of Battle Creek and Springfield and the Charter Townships of Bedford and Pennfield on the following date, time and location:

Date: Tuesday, February 27, 2024

Time: 8:00 pm

Location: Battle Creek City Commission Chambers (3rd Floor of City Hall)

The City of Battle Creek will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered in the meeting upon two weeks’ notice to the City of Battle Creek.
